For each project we allocate a strong supervisory and management team with the appropriate sector experience. They work closely with the client to develop a plan to bring the project in on time and to budget.

Performance to plan is frequently monitored and any problems identified and corrected at an early stage; the client being kept informed all the way.

 

 

We have comprehensive computer systems that allow us to monitor and provide up-to-date analysis of all projects.  However, these systems are also very flexible and can be tailored to provide our clients with the information that they desire on an ongoing basis.

All our systems are secure; continuously virus checked and backed up.  We make use of the latest Virtual Machine technology which, not only reduces out carbon footprint, but enables us to be back up and running within hours given a business continuity situation.

We regard testing and commissioning with extreme importance and carry out a full range of mechanical and electrical testing and commissioning services using calibrated equipment, including low voltage, plumbing, heating, water and gas testing.

We monitor and incorporate changes to legislative requirements in our testing procedures and make sure our engineers are trained accordingly.
