The works were completed whilst the car park was in use and as such important phasing of the works was utilised in order to keep the car park operating 24 hours a day. This obviously had extreme challenges keeping the car park sufficiently lit for safety and security throughout the course of the contract. This was achieved with minimum disruption to the public right up until the handover to Leeds City Council.
